Contract: Full Time/Permanent 

Hours: 35 hour pers week 

Location: The contractual base for this post is Edinburgh, however, opportunities for hybrid working are offered.

We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join us and delivery high quality large-scale development initiatives that aim to strengthen our organisation. The role will join the Major Programmes Team who have responsibility for:  

  • Multi-Year Fund implementation and management, including:  

  • Portfolio/cohort management, reporting and oversight.  

  • The design and implementation of the mechanism for organisations to join or leave the portfolio. 

  • New Open Access Funds activity including: 

  • The project management of the design and implementation of the new Open Access Funds  

  • Once live, their ongoing management and oversight. 

The Project Coordinator role is responsible for track-record of providing high level administrative support and experience of coordinating meetings and events. Our ideal candidate will have demonstrative experience in project administration and ideally with experience of co-ordinating multiple projects/priorities concurrently. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office and with a good aptitude for learning new applications/tools. 

We are looking for the successful candidate to collate analytical data and accurately compile reporting data, a driven and proactive approach, with the ability to use own initiative, prioritise and meet deadlines.
